Privacy Policy
Fontora is built to respect your privacy. This policy explains exactly what happens to your data — and what never does. Last updated September 2026.
The short version
Fontora is a 100% client-side tool. The text you type is transformed entirely inside your own browser using Unicode. It is never sent to our servers, never stored by us, and never shared with anyone.
Information we do not collect
There are no user accounts, no sign-up and no forms that transmit your content. We do not collect, sell or profile your personal text, names or messages. Fontora does not set tracking cookies or run advertising trackers.
What is stored on your device
To make the tool feel personal, a few preferences are saved in your browser's localStorage. This data stays on your device and is never uploaded:
- Your favorite styles.
- Your recently used styles.
- Your theme choice (light or dark).
You can remove all of this at any time by clearing your browser's site data or storage for fontora.pro. Using private/incognito mode simply means nothing is kept after the tab closes.
Fonts and third parties
The fonts used for the interface are self-hosted with the site, so opening Fontora does not trigger requests to third-party font services. We do not embed third-party widgets that track you.
Hosting and server logs
Fontora is served as static files. Depending on the hosting provider, standard technical logs (such as an IP address and browser details) may be recorded automatically for security and reliability. This is normal web infrastructure and is not used by us to identify or profile you.
Children's privacy
Fontora does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Because nothing is submitted or stored on our side, the tool is safe to use without an account.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes, we will update the date above and revise this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
